black fire glassworks

available works ~ artist direct

This page was originally made to post listings of my work for direct sale and will probably do so again, but the current reality is that to keep up with current offerings it is best to connect with me on Facebook.

In recent years due to the ease of posting images, the instant feedback loop, and being connected like a bay to the sea of general population, Facebook has emerged undisputably as the central thoroughfare for the glass art community. Artists and collectors network, share images, report on events, and celebrate anything to do with glass art, all in a constant stream. It's simply the best way to keep a finger on the pulse of the scene, and the ease of connection has caused that scene to explode as more and more enthusiasts discover what's happening in underground glass art.

I hope that this isn't a frustrating message, as not everybody likes Facebook. I'd strongly encourage you to join if for no other reason than to track the state of the glass art scene; if there was a better avenue I'd tell you in a second. It's far easier to control and far less invasive than most FB rumors attest to; you can use a fake name if you desire and withhold all important information. I regularly offer work there and you'll be able to see up-to-the-minute what's coming out of my glass laboratory, as well as keep up on the dynamic marble scene generally.

I'd be glad to post work both here and on FB, but the reality is that by the time I list work here it will have already sold on Facebook; the action is that dynamic.

Below is a link to my FB profile; you must be logged in to see it properly.|

THANKS for looking here, and please come join the fun and see how exciting the scene has become!
